-Discharging rate: 12,000MT PWWD SHINC

-Others: vessel required to have gears and grabs equipped

DISCHARGE RATE : 1500MT/WWDFHEX UU in case of one hatch loading and 3000MT/WWDFHEX UU in case of more than one hatch loading.
TOTAL : 2.5% ADD COMM + 1.25% TO TERA PROJECTS.

KINDLY NOTE THE BELOW CONDITIONS:
Vessel Dimensions:
For arranging the Vessel following shall be considered by Seller:
Beam : Maximum outreach of our facility from wharf edge is 30M.
Hatch size  : Length : 12M Min,  Width  :    8M Min
Bottom of hold must be of steel to avoid darnage by Grab bucket and/or Bulldozer. Bottom to have sufficient strength to withstand trimming work by bulldozer (Weight of Bulldozer: 13 Tons, Ground Pressure:  0.60Kg/Sq.cm) Bottom should be flat and without obstructions.

In case we are allo-wed to use vessel’s derricks:
Lifting capacity Min. 15 tons
Outreach : Min. 6M from vessel’s side.
In case of twin decker, the commodity to be loaded only in the bottom hold.
Silico Manganese shall not be mixed with other materials in the vessel.
Vessels nominated shall not be more than 25 years of age.
Material to be stowed at the Center of the hatch.
Silico Manganese cargo to be fr-ee from other material.
Holds/Hatches containing cargo to be fr-ee from any obstruction, which may affect discharging/dozing operations.
Bulldozer with chain wheels (weight of 15T max.) will be loaded into the hatch to collect material from coaming side. Hold bottom plate should be strong enough for bulldozer operation.

Provide us with Stowage plan.
Any extra expenses due to any kind of obstruction/stoppage, from vessel side will be on vessels/owners account.

Important:
Nominated vessel shall hold a certificate showing that she is permitted to load / carry Silico Manganese.
Approval of the vessel shall be obtained from Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC) Port authorities by the vessel’s age-nt in Qatar after obtaining Qatar Steel’s acceptance. Qatar Steel’s acceptance of the vessel shall be subject to acceptance by MIC Port Authorities.
